Train with 7th degree black belt, Tak Sameshima, 3 time Canadian National Champion and his team of black belts. Mr. Sameshima is Chief instructor of the Canadian Gima Ha organization. He teaches traditional Shotokan karate which includes weapons such as the bo, sai, kama, and tonfa. He also teaches throwing techniques passed down by Master Gima and Mr. Funakoshi.
We train upstairs at Star of The Sea Centre, 15262 Pacific Avenue, White Rock
Mon. + Thurs. from 7-9 pm
Training Fees are $50 juniors, $70 adults, $90 family rate
Yearly fees for GSK and Karate BC are $50 juniors under 16 years old; $80 adults 16 years old + over; $100 black belts
